Overview

Citizen can file a complaint using this service and after verification by the concerned PS, if found acceptable, the e-Compliant is converted to FIR. If it is a non-cognizable offence, action as per CrPC will be taken.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any citizen can avail this service.

Documents Required:

  • ID Proof.
  • Signature.
  • Copy of the Complaint

  • Get the online e-Complaint reference number as confirmation
  • Citizen can download the copy of FIR once the Police Station accepts the application
