A very high level day long meeting was held on 13th Nov 2021, at Assam Police HQ yesterday.

In this landmark, first of its kind meeting, trajectory defining topics related to upliftment of Assam Police were deliberated.

Among many topics, the following five got the highest importance for improving Assam Police drastically:

  1. Pendency of cases
  2. Charge sheet rate
  3. Conviction rate
  4. Case disposal rate
  5. Reducing discrepancy between Court-Police records.

 

In this meeting we also initiated a district wise ranking system based on overall performance in key indicators
